all natural all organic skin care!

Now, aside from hair, I also love taking care of my skin, especially when it comes to my face. I know we all have our beauty favourites, and most of those may contain 4% aloe vera or 6% shea butter...but I say why settle for a product that has ''X'' amount of natural ingredients in it when we can just go 100% percent natural right?!

Okay, so I'm going to break it down into products that we can use to make our skin gorgeous. In order to make our skin shine we need to exfoliate to get rid off all those dead skin cells, we need to moisturize and get rid of those spots.

Exfoliator:

  1. Oats - oats are great for exfoliating, just add water and rub into the skin like a facial scrub this is really good for people with sensitive skin as its very gentle
  2. almond oil and sugar - this makes the perfect facial scrub for those who have an oily type skin or combination as this is slightly more abrasive than the oatmeal and there are no chemicals which means your skin will not burn or feel as agitated as it would with drugstore scrubs. *for added nutrients I recommend using organic dark unrefined sugar this will also help the scrub to be gentler on the face*
  3. baking soda - for those who have a lot of acne or who have very oily skin, use this very gently because this very abrasive. I believe that this should only be used once a week as it is like a clarifyer for the skin, this helps with blackheads as well as acne it is a deep cleaner for the face.
Moisturizer:

  1. Aloe Vera gel - not only does aloe vera have cooling sensation but it has properties that helps repair and heal the skin, this helps to get rid of acne, and gives you a nice glow.
  2. Almond oil - this thick oil helps to keep the skin smooth, and moisturized after adding some water to your face, instead of using a regular cream moisturizer I splash my face with water and add a tiny amount of almond oil in my palms, rub it together and then put it on my face like a moisturizer. Don't worry almond oil is a natural sun protectant your face will not get burnt!
Getting rid of your spots:

  1. Black Soap: Black soap heals scars and acne , it has a number of pure natural ingredients in it that have wonderful healing properties, it can dry your skin out so make sure to moisturize after using it.
  2. Honey: Raw organic cold pressed honey would work best for this, splash some water on your face and rub some honey onto your spots for about 10 minutes and you will see straight away the results, your spots will dramatically decrease, honey removes all the toxins, debris and gunk from your spots. You may also use it as a mask and leave it on there for 15 mins and see those wonderful results that I have witnessed myself.

All these wonderful organic products will only help and you don't have to worry about any chemicals doing you any harm.

*please check before you try anything that you are not allergic to any of these products*
