The zodiac signs and their sensitive body parts

I bet some of you guys go around with sore joint pains and have no idea that it's related to you having major Capricorn placements in your chart. 
Yes! You read that correctly, some of you are probably wondering why and how that all works, the truth is that is a mystery we will never be able to actually solve, but knowing the information about your big placements can actually help you with avoiding major injuries.
 

So here are the sensitive placements for each zodiac sign, I would say pay special attention to your Sun sign and Moon sign and any sign that you have a lot of in your chart.
 
Aries: Sensitive head, teeth and jaws. Aries can often experience headaches, maybe have to visit dentist more often than other people. Watch out for how you chew your food because sometimes you go to fast and then end up hurting your jaws really badly. Make sure that you get a lot of fresh air and drink a lot of water and mind your alcohol intake.
 
Taurus: Sensitive neck and shoulders. It can literally feel like a weight on your shoulders sometimes, if you work desk jobs it will be best to stretch every now and again and watch what food your eating so that you have a healthy relationship with your thyroid otherwise your neck will swell and of course dont some neck stretches too.
 
Gemini: Sensitive arms and hands and lungs. The talkative Gemini can sometimes get breathless with all the conversations they have, sometimes this can also be due to Asthma, also they can get pain in their arms and hands especially if they sleep funny at night. Be mindful of conversations you have, make sure you're taking in fresh air and look up the best positions for a comfortable night's sleep.
 
Cancer: Sensitive chest and stomach. Cancers are very much sensitive when it comes to eating, if they eat too much greasy or junk foods their body will let them know immediately and they could be prone to throwing up, your chest may ache also especially during emotional moments, naturally because you embody the mother. Be mindful of how much you're eating and what you are eating, when highly emotional take deep breaths and meditate to help manage chest pain.
 

Leo: Sensitive heart and upper back. The Leo although depicted as a very confident person can also sometimes suffer from anxiety with making these huge desicions whilst in spotlight often causing them to have heart palpitations and also upper back issues, especially if they work desk jobs. Meditate before making big desicions or just in general take your time and you would benefit from yoga if you have a sore back, so incorporate that in your exercise routine.
 
Virgo: Sensitive digestive system and abdomen. The Virgo is often picky about food but for good reason, they can't just eat anything. Virgos can sometimes be too logical about things and they often struggle with things that need more emotional attention and so a bit similarly to the Cancer their abdomen may hurt. Make sure you are eating more raw fruits and vegetables daily to aid with digestion and also hot lemon water or mint tea will make you feel good on days where you are struggling.
 

Libra: Sensitive buttocks, kidneys and skin. The Libra is all about beauty, so if you do wish to beautify yourself make sure you are using more cleaner products to not irritate the skin, drink your water and take some B12 and make sure you are stretching your glute muscles particuarly if you work at a job that is stressful.

Scorpio: Sensitive genitals. Scorpio it would be to your benefit if you had health check ups every now and again, start increasing your vitamin c intake and use very mild, gentle all natural products when it comes to cleaning your private parts, also drink plenty of water and make sure your underwear is comfortable at all times.

Sagittarius: Sensitive hips and thighs. Sometimes you party too much Sagittarius! Or maybe just using too much physical energy. You need to make sure you are stretching very deeply, yoga would benefit you as well as spending some time alone to recharge your batteries sometimes, wearing more comfortable clothing will help to not add any more stress to your hips and thighs.


Capricorn: Sensitive knees, joints and bones. Capricorn you're feeling responsible for everyone and it's not helping your joints and knees by running around and taking charge of every tiny thing. You need to make sure you have a good calcium intake which you can find in most leafy greens or in powders such as spirulina and also you need to learn to let others lead and take breaks, you would also benefit from getting massages.

Aquarius: Sensitive shins, calves and ankles. Aquarius you guys need to slow your anxious brain down with some deep stretching or some yoga. If you're an active person, you may need to take a look at what shoes you're wearing and even make sure that your socks are not too tight. Also include some calcium in your diet which can be found in leafy greens.


Pisces: Sensitive lymph nodes and Feet. Pisces you feel everything and with that being said it's super important that you wear comfortable shoes, sit down when you are feeling tired and work smarter and not harder you also may be prone to bunions and calluses so make sure you are taking proper care of your feet. For your lymph nodes, do some dry brushing before you shower.
