HOW TO MENTALLY CLEANSE
I think there comes a point in people's lives where we can all just feel a bit blergh. We can have too much or too little on our minds that it can actually drive us insane and we all just end up well feeling a little overwhelmed. Well, when one feels this way it is often because we are confused about what we should do whether it is a certain situation or something you don't really have the words for.
What this calls for is a ...MENTAL CLEANSE.
SO HERE ARE A FEW STEPS TO HELP YOU FOCUS ON WHATEVER IT IS THAT IS BOTHERING THAT MIND OF YOURS.

What this calls for is a ...MENTAL CLEANSE.
SO HERE ARE A FEW STEPS TO HELP YOU FOCUS ON WHATEVER IT IS THAT IS BOTHERING THAT MIND OF YOURS.
- TALK TO SOMEONE. I know such a typical answer but hear me out. Venting is healing, some religious or spiritual people could argue that prayer is a form of venting; now, if you are not religious or spiritiual there is something about talking to another person that makes you feel less trapped, less vunerable and more at ease. If you feel like no one understands your particular problem don't you dare give up! Find helplines or online forums that can guide in certain situations and the best part about being online you can be annoymous, know one knows who you are!
- CLEAN. A room is often a reflection of your mind. Think about it. Often times hoarders problems are not that their spaces are not clean but it's because they have a deep rooted issue that is cluttering their mind which then takes over their space. Cleaning can introduce you to being calm. People who often come home to a clean house tend to relax more in their house instead of pretending and avoiding their issues. So don't leave your house or room in a state make your home a sanctuary.
- MAKE LISTS. Ugh lists either you love them or you hate them, but listing is useful. Listing is in your face,it is telling you something you have to face or do and it will continue to be there until you cross something off! Making lists and making steps towards your goal is a way to free your mind and face up to what you have to do. If you feel like you must lose weight for health reasons then don't write something like "I must loose a 100lbs by next month ...be more realstic. Something like "1lb a week, or 4lbs a month" would make the little steps turn into big goals. (FYI I lost 40lbs that way).
- EAT RAW FOODS. I'm not just saying this to say this. Eating raw foods made my thinking out of this world, I once went on a juice fast and I went to class that evening and my ideas were popping out of nowhere to the point where everyone in my class noticed a difference! This has been proven true for many people and I would encourage anyone not just for mental health but for physical health too to eat more raw foods. Juicing is a great way to get your fruits and veggies it goes straight to your blood stream which would improve performance almost immediatley.
