you will need 2 PRODUCTS ... YUP JUST 2!
* You can use any herbal tea to do this with, but you will not get the caffeine like you will get with Green tea and Black tea will harden the hair and Coffee will make the hair sticky so for best results stick to Green tea*

- 3/4 Green Tea
- 1/4 Apple Cider Vinegar

- So let me just break down the science here, first thing you need to know is that caffeine is a great thing for external uses of beauty, and it also boosts hair growth you will often find caffeine in hair products, Schwarzkopf the hair company have even written an article on it. So if you are trying to boost hair growth as well as have clean hair without it drying out and actually damaging your hair then Green Tea is your friend and the herbal blend in fact softens the hair too which is great for more kinkier textures to cut down on the detangling process.
- Apple Cider Vinegar as we all know is great for actually cleaning the hair from debris and dirt and blocked sebum on the scalp and gets rid of itchiness, also helps promote shine and clumps the curls together
- By working these products together you are one eliminating the dryness/itchiness and damaging process, and two also diluting the vinegar in the green tea so the smell will not linger in your scalp.
