Unblock your nose with ONE WEIRD TRICK!
This week has been hell for me quite frankly, my sinuses have been acting up and I'm constantly blowing my nose and even though there is a lot coming out, I was feeling no relief.
It was probably around 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning when I decided to look up some natural solutions to unblock my nose. So here is what I found out and tried:
1) Avoid eating dairy, (so no cheese, eggs, milk from animals such as cows milk or goats milk).
2) make sure you clean your living space often especially if your area is prone to dust.
3) Get as much ventilation as possible, so open up windows or go outside when its convenient for you.
The Treatment
You will need:
1) a nasal pot or a teapot (that you don't use) with a long spout
2) Salt
3) Distilled or pre-boiled water or luke warm boiled water (DO NOT USE REGULAR WATER FROM THE SINK UNLESS YOU HAVE BOILED IT)
P.S. your nose may sting from the salt water but that just means its working and try to endure the pain because that's the salt killing the bacteria, and you can repeat this procedure as many times as you like it's not dangerous I usually did this twice a day till I felt better.
I really hope this helps guys and please remember:
* Breathe through your mouth
* use distilled water or pre boiled water
* Lean your head to the side

- So your going to grab your nasal pot or a teapot, and just fill it all the way to the top with your distilled or pre-boiled water (how much water is not important)
- Then, according to how much water you put in estimate whether you think you should put in either a teaspoon or a tablespoon of salt (If you feel like you don't know, it is better to add a little than a lot)
- Then you want to put the spout up your nose (yes I know this is an invasion of your privacy up there but trust me you will thank me later) and lean your head to one side and pour the salt water through your nasal passage and then repeat on the other side (PLEASE REMEMBER TO BREATHE THROUGH YOUR MOUTH)
- If your having trouble with these instructions there will be a video link below to show you a demonstration.
