sensitive breasts: The cause of too much oestrogen?

For as least 5 years there have been times where I experienced extreme pain in my breasts, I looked up everything and basically everybody associated the pain with growing pains, and me being at a certain age, I knew that it had to be more than that.

I decided to go to the Doctor (after many years of avoiding them) he told me it had something to sexual attraction and I explained to him that this was not triggered by that, it was a spontaneous pain that happened at any point in the day, it was sharp pains in my breasts particularly my nipples were extremely sensitive, I couldn't wear certain clothes because the friction between my nipples and my clothes would be extremely sore. So after the Doctor insisted that it was that and absolutely nothing else I realized I had to dig deeper myself.

So the next search I'd done, I focused on hormones, thinking that may be the root of my problem. So, after looking into it I figured out that the pain was the  result of too much oestrogen . So what was I taking that caused this much oestrogen? I looked up a list of foods and the number one culprit was the soy bean. When I turned vegetarian I was 13 at the time, I switched from drinking cows milk to soy milk, I'm now 21 so for 8 years I've been drinking soy milk and my body was simply telling me that I had too much oestrogen in my system.

I know you're thinking how did I know for sure that it was soy milk? Well just yesterday I learned my lesson, my sister cooked a dish and added some soy milk, I had no idea and after months of being pain free and switching to almond milk, I thought I was good. After I ate the food, the pains came back within the same hour. So for me I know that soy milk was the culprit.

If you feel you may have a similar problem that I have, by all means contact your doctor or if you feel like you know it's certainly an oestrogen problem then here is a link that will help you in detail:

*please note in the article it talks about producing oestrogen so the things you must avoid if you have too much oestrogen is the very things they suggest*
