How to be in tune with your body!

We are in the middle of January and I'm so surprised at how people are already giving up on their resolutions, particularly those who are trying to be more health conscious.

Today's article will not be about how to get into shape or how to get your favourite celebrity's body, instead we are going to focus on what your body is telling you that it needs and what it does not need! 

FIRST: Ask yourself what are you suffering from or what do you feel you need to change? (this can be physical or mental)


For myself, I've been suffering with my sinuses my whole life and i would always have a temporary solution, but that was never good enough. My body was telling me that something I was taking was not agreeing with my body, once I found out that dairy was causing my problem, like most of us I did not give it up. I was a stubborn mule and I loved cheese, but because of my stubbornness the inside of my nose was swollen and I had to put my health first, so I cut down on my dairy a lot and noticed the biggest difference, I didn't have trouble sleeping and I didn't have any problems and up till now I have none.

Whatever you are struggling with within your body, there is ALWAYS a solution, I know people personally that have reversed cancer, defeated obesity and are now a living testimony. 

SECOND: Do your research and I mean RESEARCH 



I cannot stress this enough if you feel like a product or foods or anything you think will help you out, then please please please do the research. I found in my life that a vegan diet works best and agrees with my body, personally this is the healthiest I have ever been in my whole life. Please remember there are dangers to every diet, every product and every exercise, make sure you read peoples testimony's, reviews and watch documentaries if you can.

THIRD: Love yourself at each stage of becoming a better you



People beat themselves up all the time about them not being able to stick to their diets or exercise routines. Don't give up PEOPLE WANT TO SEE YOU LIVE. It's never okay to say I'm gonna start tomorrow when that is never promised. Why not prove all those people who said you could never do it, why not be a great example to your kids, your family or your loved one? Why do we always say we can't, or it's way too difficult. 

The scary truth is that if you don't change, no one will. Remember how you first got inspired? It was by seeing someone else, so that means:

commitment = influence 

your dedication and commitment can inspire a whole lot of people all it takes is one person to spread the word, have a positive mindset and say you will complete this and it will be done not because it's your resolution, but because it could be your life at stake.

I truly hope everyone completes their goals this year and look back in time knowing that they changed their lives for the better.
