how to whiten teeth naturally!: no chemicals and no dentist!
I know I ain't the only person obsessing over Hollywood pearly whites! In fact probably hundreds of us have tried products, whitening kits, whitening toothpaste and some may have even gone to the Dentist!
Is it really worth all that effort and struggle just to get some white teeth? Well, I have found cheap, all natural, quick and most of all effective ways to get your teeth white without bleach or other harmful chemicals!
STRAWBERRIES AND BAKING SODA
Yes you read that correctly, Strawberries are great for whitening teeth! Start by mashing up 1-2 strawberries to a pulp and then add a teaspoon of baking soda and apply onto your teeth and leave on there for 5-10 minutes, then simply remove it by brushing your teeth away with your toothpaste (preferably all natural and organic). Repeat this once a week and you shall see the difference!
CHARCOAL
I know what your thinking, how can something the opposite of white be good for whitening? Well did you know that charcoal has cleansing and healing properties internally as well as externally? charcoal is great for skin, teeth, and for when your not feeling too well depending on your illness of course. Charcoal gets rid of that nasty plaque and debris on your teeth and can be an amazing replacement for toothpaste! I suggest using powdered charcoal which you will find in most health shops. Simply dip your wet toothbrush into some powdered charcoal and brush your teeth normally. Now this may take some getting used to, if you feel the need to, brush your teeth afterwards with some normal toothpaste or gurgle with a teaspoon of peppermint oil added to one cup of water, too kill the powdery after taste. From my personal experience this has worked wonders on my teeth and I have no doubt it would do the same to any of you.
OIL PULLING METHOD
If you have had a chance to read my blogs before, then you have probably already heard of this method. Oil pulling is not only good for whitening teeth, but it is a detox. Yes a detox. It takes up all the toxins and mucus and it also gets rid of the plaque and debris from your mouth, this is not to be replaced for brushing your teeth, this is meant to aid before you brush your teeth. Simply take a teaspoon or 2 teaspoons of an all natural organic oil ( suggestive oils are almond, jojoba, sunflower or coconut) and swish it around your mouth for 20 minutes.... I know that's a long time but it is seriously worth it, not only can you see the difference, you feel it too. I highly recommend to do this first thing in the morning before you eat and before you brush your teeth and this can be done everyday for those who feel they need it.
I hope this really helps, from my personal experiences with all three of these methods it's actually a joy to know that I don't have to go to the dentist, or I don't have to buy whitening toothpastes or products. Instead, I can get results that are pure, cheap and also benefit my health.

DeleteThis is so great, We all want white teeth, these methods are soo much better than using chemicals and special whitening kits and toothpastes. I'm definetely going to try the strawberry method. Thanks
ReplyDeleteI'm really glad your finding this helpful! Let me know how the method works out for you
DeleteNice I haven't heard of all these methods. I'm scared to use baking soda though, since I heard several times that it can ruin your teeth. Have you heard anything regarding that? I appreciate your post!
ReplyDeleteIn large amounts it is dangerous that's why I said to only use it once a week, so I understand why you said that but if you use it once a week you should be fine :)
