Goodness gracious! is it that time again? The most painful, tiring time of the month? We've also had our fair share of trial and error when it comes to getting rid of the pain, there are pills, hot water bottles and heat pads but sometimes those fail and we end up still with that awful pain, well to almost every problem there's a natural solution! So I'm going to give you at least 5 ways to help bring down the pain you feel during your period:  Gentle exercise: I know that this is the last thing some of us want to do on our period, but this is one of the best tips on the list, women who regularly exercise tend to have less pain during their periods, but remember this is a time where we can get tired easily so do not push yourself too hard, try walks, or gentle yoga or very light cardio. Now, aside from hair, I also love taking care of my skin, especially when it comes to my face. I know we all have our beauty favourites, and most of those may contain 4% aloe vera or 6% shea butter...but I say why settle for a product that has ''X'' amount of natural ingredients in it when we can just go 100% percent natural right?!
