1 EASY SOLUTION FOR SLEEPING IN HOT WEATHER!

Two nights ago, I was absolutely frustrated at the fact that I could not sleep because it was way too hot. Which made me think, what would make me cooler?

So I tried all sorts of things, I took off my covers, I wore less clothes, I had my window opened, I drank water before going to bed and even taking cold showers didn't last.

Now if you have the privilege of having air conditioning in your house, congratulations you are fortunate and I also hate you (sorry, not sorry).

 Here in England, it is not the most common thing for the everyday person to have air conditioning in their homes because England has mostly crappy weather.
We are more concerned about getting warmer than cooler.

 However, in summers like these we are all complaining about the extreme humidity and need something to keep us cooler for longer.


long story short, something in me snapped, and instantly I knew this would work guaranteed. The secret? my good old friend: Peppermint oil. 

Why didn't I think of it before? The menthol cooling sensation is bound to keep me cool and refreshed! Think about it, in winter they tell you to always cover your head, feet and neck to keep you warm, so after my shower I applied some peppermint oil to the soles of my feet, my neck and a little bit on my forehead, also for extra "coolness" I added some to my armpits and my chest. Now if you cant handle the burn be very light with your application remember this is a menthol type oil.

I slept very well and woke up smelling fabulous! Hope this helps guys and remember you can try other menthol oils like eucalyptus and winter green oil, remember to put on only as much as you can handle! And good luck!
