How to be in tune with your body!

We are in the middle of January and I'm so surprised at how people are already giving up on their resolutions, particularly those who are trying to be more health conscious. Today's article will not be about how to get into shape or how to get your favourite celebrity's body, instead we are going to focus on what your body is telling you that it needs and what it does not need! FIRST: Ask yourself what are you suffering from or what do you feel you need to change? (this can be physical or mental) For myself, I've been suffering with my sinuses my whole life and i would always have a temporary solution, but that was never good enough. My body was telling me that something I was taking was not agreeing with my body, once I found out that dairy was causing my problem, like most of us I did not give it up.
